Fr. Alexopoulos Gave Two Lectures
Fr. Stefanos Alexopoulos was invited by the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese over the weekend of January 30-31 to New York to deliver two lectures on the occasion of the Feast of the Three Hierarchs (St. Basil the Great, St. Gregory the Theologian, St. John Chrysostom) - also known as Greek Letters Day. On Saturday at the Student Awards Ceremony, he delivered a lecture titled: "Are the Three Hierarchs Relevant Today?" On Sunday he delivered the annual Three Hierarchs Lecture. His topic was "Is Worship Important? The Contribution of the Three Hierarchs to the Liturgical Life of the Church."
