The School of Theology and Religious Studies has demonstrated effectiveness in helping students attain their educational goals by a very reasonable time to degree completion rate and a high placement rate within their first year. Of PhD students matriculating between 2009 and 2013 that earned their doctorate, 87% did so within 7 years. Of PhD graduates 2008-2018, 70% are in full-time academic or ecclesial positions. The employment rate for those in the positions directly related to the pastoral degrees they received is 100%. All seminarians completing the three degree options we offer (STB, MDIV, STB/MDIV) are now priests and ministering in their dioceses/provinces. All graduates of our Master of Catechesis (MCAT) are working as employed professionals or volunteers in the catechetical ministry of their parishes. All Doctor of Ministry (DMIN) graduates are in full-time ministry after graduation. Students in all five degree programs who finished their degree did so within the specified time frame.
