Biography

Mary is a senior Vocal Performance major, getting a Certificate in Pastoral Ministry (CPM) with a focus in youth ministry. Interning with a local Life Teen group and with FOCUS, as well as her education in the TRS department's CPM program, has taught her about the importance of sharing one's faith with the people around them, regardless of who they are. Jesus is found in each person we meet, and Mary's goal is to come to recognize Him as such, while also being His hands and feet. Her studies of multicultural integration in evangelization through the CPM and Anthropology classes CUA has offered has set her on fire for bringing Jesus to people in a way that they are familiar with and want to engage in. Her work in digital media allows for this in a modern context.
