Through the University’s partnerships with many local charities and organizations, our students put their faith into practice through service to the Church, the community, and the world. The Office of Campus Ministry offers weekly service opportunities in the Washington, D.C., area, especially the immediate Brookland neighborhood.
There are also opportunities for large yearly service events, like the Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service, in which hundreds of students fan out across the city to spend the holiday in service to neighbors.
Students can also sign up for spring or summer mission trips, in which they get to share in and learn from the lived experience of others around the world.
