Welcome to the School of Theology and Religious Studies
The School of Theology and Religious Studies (STRS) was founded in 1889 and is the oldest of the University's twelve schools. Over 40 full-time faculty, 350 graduate students, and 1,000 undergraduate students are enrolled in our academic programs. STRS is also responsible for the theological education of seminarians studying at CUA.
