Dr. Miller Presents at World Congress of Jewish Studies
Dr. Robert Miller presented a paper at the 16th World Congress of Jewish Studies, July 28-August 1, at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in Israel.His paper, "Baals of Bashan," argued from archaeological and textual evidence that the Old Testament phrase "Bulls of Bashan" does not refer to famous cattle as most have interpreted it, but to bull cults and ritual practices.
