Msgr. Stephen J. Rossetti Authors a Book on Priesthood
Msgr. Stephen J. Rossetti, clinical associate professor in STRS, recently authored a book on priesthood entitled "Letters to My Brothers: Words of Hope and Challenge for Priests." The book was just released in late Sept 2013 by Ave Maria Press at Notre Dame, Indiana. It is part of a long series of articles, talks and books Msgr. Rossetti has done for Catholic priests on the subjects of priestly happiness, wholeness, and spirituality. This latest work is a series of heart-to-heart letters in which Msgr. Rossetti encourages, challenges, and inspires priests to live holy and healthy lives. The book especially looks at the situation of priest's ministry today as surrounded by the "tsunami of secularism," spoken of by Cardinal Wuerl. His Eminence endorsed the book calling it "an astute examination of the enduring gift that Christ gives in the priesthood." Cardinal Dolan wrote, "What a refreshing read!"
