Dr. Miller Presents Talk on Early Israelite Religion
On March 29, Dr. Miller presented a paper entitled "Shamanism and Totemism in Early Israel" to the Washington Academy of Science's biannual meeting, as part of the Washington Philosophical Society's showcase session. The paper examined the archaeology of religion for 12th-11th-century BC Israel in the light of ethnographic analogy.
