Virgilio Elizondo delivered the lecture, "Hispanic Catholics and the 'New Evangelization.'" The Hispanic Initiatives Committee of STRS was proud to host the widely acclaimed founder of U.S. Latino theology who is professor of pastoral and Hispanic Theology at the University of Notre Dame.
