Neba Defense
Rev. William Neba is presenting his dissertation for the Docorate of Sacred Theology on Monday, December 15th at 10 a.m. in Caldwell 125. His defense is titled "Rights and the Common Good: An Ethical Evaluation of the Exercise of the Natural Right of HIV/AIDS Patients to Marry in the Light of the Common Good."
