Dr. William Dinges participated on April 19th in a panel discussion at Emmanuel Episcopal Church in Chestertown, Maryland. The afternoon discussion centered around the theme of "This Fragile Earth Our Island Home: Stewardship of the Environment and Communities of Faith."
