Msgr. McPartlan Speaks on Mysterium Fidei On 8 October, 2015, Msgr. Paul McPartlan gave a plenary address at the National Meeting of Diocesan Liturgical Commissions in Dallas, Texas, entitled, 'The Mystery of Faith: When We Eat This Bread and Drink This Cup,' in which he considered the encyclical letter, Mysterium Fidei (1965), of Blessed Pope Paul VI in light of the teaching of Vatican II on the Eucharist and the Church.
