Report on Faith and Ecology Courses in North American Seminaries ranks STRS in top 25
The Catholic University of America School of Theology and Religious Studies is highlighted among the top 25 of 231 seminaries that were surveyed. Soon after the release of Pope Francis' Encyclical, Laudato Si: On Care for our Common Home, the Interfaith Center for Sustainable Development (ICSD) released this Report , which focuses primarily on Christian schools of varying denominations. It found that 23% of the seminaries, theological schools, and divinity schools surveyed offer courses on faith and ecology, and many of these are elective courses.
