Msgr Paul McPartlan, this year's Chester and Margaret Paluch Lecturer at the University of St Mary of the Lake/Mundelein Seminary, delivered the second in a series of three lectures at Mundelein on 22 Feb 2017. The lecture was entitled: "Synodality,Primacy and the Role of Theology".
