Msgr. Rossetti named Consultant to Papal Commission
Msgr Stephen J Rossetti PhD DMin, research associate professor in the School of Theology and Religious Studies has been officially named a consultant to the Pontifical Commission for the Protection of Minors. Msgr. Rossetti has long ministered as an advocate for the protection of minors including conducting research, publishing articles and books, and giving workshops around the world on best practices , He has been a consultant to the USCCB on this issue for several years and helped to draft and later amend the Charter for the Protection of Children and Young People (the "Dallas Charter").
